		<description>I was just reading some posts on your FB page about soaking nuts and one of the posts referred to this web page:  http://www.thenourishinggourmet.com/2008/07/soaking-nuts.html.
Are these facts about the enzymes accurate?  Do I need to start soaking my raw nuts?  Will soaking them change the good properties about raw nuts that we are trying to keep?  I have been experiencing stomach and digestive problems since going on the diet about 7 weeks ago.  Maybe this will help solve the problems.  I look forward to hearing your advice.  Thank you.</description>

Sorry about the delay. The roll ups do not need to be in a tortilla or wrap, you can just roll up the roast beef and turkey together, that way you have a quick protein snack whenever you need one.</description>
