I just made this tonight for dinner along with the jerk-spiced tilapia from:

The &quot;mashed potatoes&quot; were incredible! When I used the batidora (here in Spain that&#039;s what it&#039;s called, the Spanish blender) I couldn&#039;t believe how the texture came out almost like potatoes! Amazing! Thanks for sharing such a great recipe! Kristin

PS: I also used butter to give it more of a home-style (USA) feeling, since I almost always cook with olive oil here in Spain!</description>
