Hey Elsa,

You can be pretty liberal with Almonds, as long as they are raw, but I would say a handful should do the trick. I snack on them for most of the day and I usually just stop once I've had my fill, which happens pretty quickly with Almonds.

Happy Snacking!

Hi Isabel,
THis is my first reply to your mails after I took your program. I am unable to come to Tampa coz the actual reason is it is too far from India and It is too costly to come to Tampa.

I am sorry, but I travel 50% every month. I havent exactly started your diet program, but I have joined a gym and started workout 5 hours a week.

I wanted to meet you, in person, as it is too costly & too far to come from india, lets see whats in store in my destiny?

Rgds

Hi Juanita,

Raisins are a bit high in sugar and high on the glycemic index so you do need to keep the servings small. But I would not consider them "fattening". You can add raisins to your nuts but I would make sure that you are adding 1 part raisins to 2 parts nuts. So if you're having 1oz of nuts, have 1/2 oz or less of raisins.

All the best,

Isabel :)

Hi Isabel, I will have to pass on this trip, I am having a new house built and that is taking all my time (and resources) at the moment, I am staying on track with the eating program, though. I will be away from home for 3 days this weekend, however my friends are very supportive of me and wont expect me to eat anything that I dont want to. we are very fortunate to have excellent local produce in Australia, readily available.Regards Del
