		<description>Hahahaha!  I wish I had met you in a supermarket!  I&#039;ve been on your no-wheat, no-dairy challenge for the past week and I really have to say, I feel pretty good!  I lost 5 lbs and hopefully am on my way to not only losing weight, but getting my cholesterol down too.  I do have a question; is it possible to go through withdrawl (headaches, etc)when switching my eating habits like this?</description>
