		<description>I just remind myself that a single day or even two can&#039;t do much damage.  You have to think in terms of AVERAGES, and just fit the bad days into the over-all good.  Sometimes you can even LOSE a pound or 2 over the course of a week when you&#039;ve had an indiscretion.  The worst part of the day afteris that you&#039;re inevitably HUNGRY because of the glycemic glut.  You have to handle that part the first day back from the brink with plenty of protein and veggies, or you could start to slide.</description>
