Hi Isabel

I have been having some fruit, organic greek Yogurt with a little raw honey and walnuts for desert / breakfast. It is really delicious and exactly as they serve it in Greece (maybe without the fruit!) Am I OK to carry on as I really need the little sweet thing after dinner? After doing the 2 week inital plan I am still only drinking water (hot and cold with lemon) and feel great! Thanks for all the advice, its a lot to take in all at once but I'm keeping at it.

Organic Greek yogurt is perfectly fine. With stevia (as with most things), moderation is key. If that's the only stevia you're really having, you have nothing to worry about.

Hi Isabel,

I have a huge diet coke habit that I am trying to kick plus a really bad sweet tooth. I have started seeing a personal trainer and like you he is very against dairy. I am still trying to kick the bad habits listed above. I recently have tried Organic Greek yogurt, stevia, plus a 1/2 tablespoon of organic raw cacao powder mixed together to help satisfy my sweet tooth. How do you feel about the greek yogurt and can stevia be harmful if eaten daily?

Sugar-free products typically contain artificial sweeteners that I absolutely suggest staying away from. I also don't recommend drinking skim milk (or milk of any kind, for that matter).

Morning,

A couple of times a week I make a moca frappe. I use sugar free chocolate, skim milk, coffee crystals and ice, sugar free whipped creme. Is this an issue? Thx.

Norma,

Wild smoked salmon is great! You might need to be careful with prosciutto - as with all meats, I suggest that you only eat organic free-range. As long as you're following that, you should be fine.

Hi Isabel!
I\'m enjoying your e-mails with all the information, thank you.
I would like to know if it is OK to eat Wild Smoked Salmon and Prosciuto with your diet.
It\'s amazing how good I\'m feeling since I follow your advice.
I lost 5 pounds in a week, but now I\'m steel loosing slowly but surely every week, 1 or 2 pounds.
I had been allergic to Dairy and wheat, for a long time, so I use Almond or Soy milk and Ezequiel 4:9. Have you tryied their tortillas? They are delicious.

Is raw milk/cheese allowed during the initial 14-day course? Or should I avoid this also? I've never had any problems with milk products.
