		<description>I just want to say I tried the Ally diet and after 3 months never lost a pound.  I followed all the directions and exercised but nothing.  My husband did great, but I was going no where.  I found this program and took the Metabolism test and alas, I hit the jack pot.  I was not eating enough carbs or calories.  I just made a little adjustment in my eating habits and the weight is finally starting to come off!!! Thanks Isabel</description>

		<description>Nicki, if you are not happy with the way the program is working, you may need to reevaluate what type you are. How is it working being off the dairy? As tough as it may be when you start, that might be the solution. You could also try cutting out grains altogether.</description>

I had lost 15kg with Jenny Craig previously &amp; kept it off - ie low-fat diet, however stress levels had brought some weight back on, so I thought I&#039;d try Metabolic Typing.
What do you suggest?  My trainer has now taken me off all starchy carbs &amp; dairy, but I can&#039;t go on like that!

All I want to do is eat and go straight to bed.  I try to make it a light meal, like yogurt and fruit, or a salad, or some grilled vegis and fish.  Small portions.  But then going to bed right away leaves me feeling horrible.  I can&#039;t just stay up longer or I don&#039;t get the rest I need.  What do I need to do to change this cycle?   Help!
