<p>I received so many great emails from readers telling me the first video, <a href="http://thedietsolutionprogram.com/blog/index.php/best-pre-workout-nutrition/">&#8220;Best Pre Workout Nutrition&#8221;</a> really cleared up a lot of confusion they had around exactly what to eat before their workout.  I know many people have the same confusion when it comes to post workout nutrition and I know this video will give you some great answers.</p>
<p>Actually, I think the whole nutrition topic is very confusing for many people, especially when they are trying to coordinate their eating plan along with their workouts for maximum results.  That&#8217;s why I decided that a 4 part video series would be perfect to go along with Vince DelMonte&#8217;s &#8220;No Nonsense Muscle Building and Six Pack&#8221; DVD&#8217;s. <p>If you live in the states, you’re probably still recovering from your Thanksgiving meal or maybe just getting done with your leftovers.  There’s only so many ways to have leftover turkey and I think my family and I exhausted every option.</p>
<p>I did have to fit in a little bit of time to work this weekend.  Actually, it wasn’t really work.  It was a little gift I put together for my good friend and fitness author Vince DelMonte.  He’s celebrating his 30<sup>th</sup> birthday this week by re-launching his “<em><a href="http://VinceTurns30.thedsp.info" target="_blank">No Nonsense Muscle Building and Six Pack DVD Series</a>” </em>and I put together a little something for him to go along with his birthday celebration.</p>

<p>You know if I had a nickel for every time somebody asked me &#8220;Isabel, what supplements should I be taking?&#8221;, I swear, I&#8217;d be rich (and lying on the beach in Bermuda right now&#8230;or the Bahamas&#8230;I&#8217;m not picky.)</p>
<p>People are so confused and, sometimes, a bit too hung up on the supplement thing. Many times they are missing the big picture.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s really no sense in overloading your body with a bunch of pills if you are not following the essential principles of healthy living. You would be better off focusing your efforts on getting your eating plan and your exercise regimen under control before worrying about which supplements do what or which ones may give you a &#8220;quick fix&#8221; to anything&#8230;comprende?</p>
<p>Now with that being said, I do agree that there are some supplements that we can be taking that do add great benefit to any meal plan (and some even help burn fat..good news right?)</p>
<p>That&#8217;s why I&#8217;ve decided to dedicate the next several newsletters to answering your most pressing questions about a handful of the most popular supplements out there (some good, some bad).</p>
<p>Most of you already know that I am a big fan and a big proponent of taking a fish oil supplement each and every day.
