i can&#039;t believe people are so misguided on healthy foods....and they have made me a bit sceptic,too,although i follow the nutritional rules of your website.i eat an organic egg every morning(really,one of the best eggs!) but my family keeps telling me that it&#039;s wrong and that i should eat less...i don&#039;t listen to them,but i would like you to ensure me that my option is healthy:)

		<description>The eating plan sounds very sensible.  AlthoughI would have fruit befor a meal not after  as it interferes with my digestion.  What is almond butter? Would you mean almond milk with oats.  would that be a safe processed product?  What other bread would be a good one as I havent found that sprouted grainbread.  I actually have burgen soya &amp;linseed at the moment or the one with pumpkin seed or wholemeal. Any info would be appreciated.  thankyou

So one of the nice things I plan to do is have my bacon/eggs for breakfast (or lunch/dinner) more often.  Just signed on to the program at 164 lbs...and I WILL start losing some of this weight.  I also have elevated liver functions which just happened last year (gained 20 lbs over the past two years).  It will be interesting to see if my January numbers go down after 6 weeks eating right.  Will keep you posted.</description>
