I learn new facts about nutrition as I continue reading the materials that you publish or that send to me; for example learning that butter, as you say, and I now believe, is the kind of edible oil that does not bring about fatness.

I really like this plan! I started exercising recently, everyday, alternating upper and lower body moves. Now, I can work on what I eat. I believed what they said about ww bread also. Just recently, my sister served some sprout bread and I really enjoyed it. I have always been suspicious of any plan that excluded fruits&vegggies, so I would just eat them anyway. Sometimes as an entire meal. And, for the past 3-5 yrs, I have been eleminating the processed foods, hardly any frozen portions, just frozen veggies. As well as excluding the fast food genre entirely. I am happy to have found your website and will visit often thanks!

    Thanks from England!

I have learnt more about proper foods from these videos than I have ever learnt before. I had a BMI of 28.3. It is now below 24 after 4 months and I have lost 35lbs. My running has also improved. I was doing 58 minutes for 10K and I for the same course I am now doing 43 minutes.

My blood pressure has dropped from 130/106 to 112/75 and my resting heart rate is now in the 40′s. Waist size down from 36″ to 32″.

It would not be an exaggeration to day that Isabel has helped save my life.

would love to know what your thoughts are on xylitol since you did have an opinion on splenda and other sugar substitutes xylitol is a natural alternative to sugar which has been deemed safe for diabetics though and is not like the artificial sweeteners. so what is your opinion on this sweetener.

Juanena, I actually recommend xylitol as a sweetener in the DSP manual. Stevia is my preferred sweetener, but xylitol is a perfectly fine substitute.

I enjoy watching you WAY MORE then I enjoy watching other experts talking about healthy foods, minerals, vitamins, enzymes etc. etc… It’s funny how I absorb much more of the information when I see a beatiful woman talk, then I would have if it was some dude talking… You make my day with this kinda stuff, Oh yeah & Keep looking sexy the way you do! That way I learn much quicker & more efficient! Keep it up!

P.S. Didn’t mean to be rude though… but this is just how I express myself. Hope you don’t take it offensive
