Asian Style Salmon
The addition of ginger makes this dish delicious, nutritious, and tasty. It is good served hot or at room temperature.
Ingredients
• ¾ teaspoon low-sodium and wheat free soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon wasabi powder
• ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
• 6-ounce wild salmon steak
• 1 scallion, thinly sliced (white part only)
Directions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger. Marinate the salmon with the soy sauce mixture in a shallow baking dish for 30 minutes at room temperature or for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Place on grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side for medium rare.
Place salmon on top of vegetables and garnish with thinly sliced scallions.

I would like to loose 10-15 lbs and and your recipes look good.
The recipe looks nice, however, what if your allergic to soy can you substitute the low-sodium and wheat free soy sauce for something else?

Wasabi powder is an Asian spice – you should be able to find it in grocery stores.

wasabi is the green paste that the give you at a Japanese restaurant – along with ginger – to put on top of your sushi. it is kind of spicy. use it carefully as it will clear your sinuses if you eat it alone. it is delicious!!!
