So far I could not read much ,but your mails were very interesting , I decided to start with the 14 day no wheat no diary programme. I had been thinking of doing this diet when I came across your ad. When I heard what I was looking for I thought I would defenitely try this out. I was on a weight loss programme which I thought was the last one I was going to try. But even though I lost 3 or 4 lbs in 4 weeks, I was not happy about my situation with diabetic and especially with my hypo thyroid problems. I know that soy affects even my medication for that, Most of the purchased foods have high content of soy.. I was thinking of avoiding any soy base foods. Lucky for me I camr acreoss your programme. . I am already eating a low glycemic index diet for the past 20 yrs. I had lost some weight with a diet programme I have been doing regular exercise for the past 20 yers. Almost 5 to 6 days a week. All I need is to get rid of the fat on my waist line. The rest of my body is great. What I am trying to say is that I know most of the things you say and it make sense ,so I am going to try as my last resort. So I started the 14 day challenge 10 days ago.I had few concerns regarding the number of eggs and I did not get an answer. Any way I will let you know Thank you for the great work.
