I downloaded Adobe Flashplayer 10, but only see a twirling circle and no video or sound. Is there a specific player that I need to download to see your videos? Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze by Blue Diamond. I haven't been able to read the label, but thought you might have run across this product before. What do you think? Thanks, Krystal Isabel,

Essentially, the protein amounts equate to be about the same (12-15 ounces). Isabel :) Hi Tuula,

Please refer to the Fats Chapter in the Diet Solution Manual and it will give you a thorough explanation of why healthy fats do not negatively affect cholesterol. All the best :) Isabel Hi Virginia,

On the designated low carb days, you are really only eating protein, healthy fats and veggies. So a typical breakfast would be eggs or leftover protein from the night before (chicken, beef or fish) and some cooked veggies. Think omelet or chicken and sauteed spinach. Remember, its only a few days and the whole program is not low carb, so you will be able to re-introduce those healthy carbs that you mention on the other days. All the best :) Isabel Hi Nicolas,

Basically, he seems to recommend eating about 3 eggs a day for breakfast, almost every day. Though I love eggs and would gladly eat three at a time, I wonder what that will to to my cholesterol. As a nutritionist, what do you recommend? Can a person eat that many eggs and not have to worry about cholesterol? I am referring to eggs from free-range chickens (but that also get grain to eat, I believe), not battery chickens. I’d love to hear your opinion, as, in general, Joel’s program looks very interesting to me, as well as feasible as a life-style. Cheers, Hi Isabel:

It's hard to find a lot of idea for breakfast without these foods. This would total up to 5 servings a day. According to the mixed plan I should be eating 12 servings in a day. To follow both plans - should I cut back on my proteins or have I misunderstood the basic instruction on what Joel ment with protein serving. Thanks, Tuula Dear Isabel,

But I do believe the way Joel structures each day leading up to the cheat day is extremely effective and well worth trying.
