Your blogs are so informative but at the same time you add your character & personality in it which definitely makes what you have to say to us NOT boring. Thank you times a million! - christy You girl, are a genius. I had packed some Kashi bars, cookies and those cheese crackers. What is your take on Kashi? Is it a no go? thanks, Karen Isabel,

I always want to know more info from people who people achieve impossible goals(i.e. only 1 lb of fat per week can be lost, unless of course you actually meant weight.) I was wondering since you have principles for fat loss(or weight loss), what is your take on muscle gain? Great info. I\'ve got a good starting point because I\'m a Coeliac, so have to avoid anything with gluten in. It means I eat an awful lot of salad when I\'m away! I\'ve got used to adapting recipes etc, and though I\'ve lost a bit of weight, I\'m still carrying more fat than I want to! Everybody thinks Coeliacs are thin, and I used to be, but 3 years ago I was diagnosed with MS and I spend a lot of time fairly immobile, so the weight creeps on! I\'m off to Malta next month, so will definitely take what you\'ve said with me! Hi – thanks for this advice. It sounds that you are quite demanding customer for any restaurant. You are lucky to live in America, here in Finland you propably get kicked out from all diners with all your questions and requests ;-D. We have used to have snow quite a lot during winters here but over 3 ft in 24 hours like you have got, sounds grazy. Thats what we get in three months !!! Hopefully you manage back home safely.... Thanks for the tips re: eating out while on vacation - I often "forget" to decline the bread they immediately bring to the table or think I'll just not eat it - then mindlessly eat it anyway. SO not worth it - thanks for the reinforcement! Enjoy the snow - I'm snowed in, too - and in my PJs and glasses. So nice to see you are just like all of us. Okay, you're skinnier and more fit - but we're getting there with your help! Thank you - and now you have more time to dream about your trip to the Bahamas!
