Its one of the first vitamins I started giving my son when he was very little as well (actually the flavored cod liver for kids.. which he never had issues with the taste ever) because of all the benefits. It is a fantastic supplemental vitamin and I recommend it to everyone whether they are dieting or not! Definitely agree with all the tremendous benefits that Omega 3 Fish Oils give to us.
