I believe i eat pretty well-i don't eat sweets or cheese/cheese products and I exercise about three times a week-1hr each at the gym.I have also started eating more fruit and vegetables. so far I've lost 4lbs and seemed to have plateaued at 138lbs. I want to lose at least twenty more because on a 5'3" frame, this is no good. what do you suggest? I think it's important to eat animal protein as this has a higher amount of protein than any vegetarian option and a better quality of protein.
