We're both feeling much better and dropping a few pounds too! In fact, the only time we have indigestion/heartburn anymore is after we go out to a restaurant to eat! And my lifelong fight with constipation is a thing of the past! We are continually changing things in our diet to conform with your program. The 1st week, we switched to celtic sea salt, ezekiel bread, and unsalted, real butter. Adding fresh fruits and veggies and grilled meats quickly followed. We've added Omega 3 supplements and are adding more water to our daily regimen. I have 2 questions: you have (V)after several items in the meal plan that I'm not sure the meaning of. My husband says it probably means volume versus weight ...measure the item in a measuring cup instead of trying to weigh it on the food scale. Is that right? My 2nd question is... we are developing a family website and would like to know if it is alright to add the link to your diet solution program for friends and family to access. They are already asking us questions about our change in eating habits. This is such a wonderful program and so easy to follow! I, like so many others, have tried so many different weight loss programs that always failed for one reason or another. My husband never had a weight problem until he quit smoking about 3 years ago. He used to say that anyone could lose weight if they really wanted to. Then he quit smoking, gained 40 pounds and hit the wall of frustration that I've been pounding against for so many years. You've shown us how to knock that wall down, brick by brick, getting healthier each day! We joined a fitness center about 9 months ago and, no matter how much time and effort we poured into our exercise programs, even though we were building muscle, we weren't losing any fat! Now we are!
