This morning made myself and hubby an omelet with onions, broccoli, spinach, a little meat, 4 eggs and garlic granules sauteed in EVOO Organic, of course. I was so relieved when he said he loved it. And now that I have gone shopping to get the staples and fresh fruits and veggies, he is all excited about our new life style. For lunch we had a great salad with the Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, EVOO and Italian spice thrown in. He loved it, and was very full afterwards. He is a big man,6\'3\" and was quite the eater. So, we are on the road to a healthier lifestyle. Thank you, Isabel and Jeff Just started today. I choose not to give up entirely my sweets. Any suggestions? I should add that I will be a young 66 years old next month, but very much need to drop about 15 more pounds....so my doctor says.
