I would not eat this all the time though, keep it in moderation (as with many other things). I always buy Oikos plain. I add fresh strawberries and a tsp of honey. Thoughts? I just purchased your Diet Solution program today. I had become frustrated a little with very little weight loss after running and cutting out alcohol and candy bars. I wonder if the greek yogurt (which I eat every day as an afternoon snack) is actually good for me. Hi Isabel,

I really like many aspects of the program. I have MS, diagnosed over 17 years ago, which makes it difficult for me to walk, or do any form of exercising. If I get on the floor, I have a difficult time getting back up. Do you any exercisies that are for folks that are physically limited? I have been doing your program for about two weeks. As for what to eat for energy before a run - definitely protein and a little bit of healthy fat because that keeps you satiated longer. Also some carbs - they'll help keep your energy up. Basically, have a balanced meal just like any other meal you'd have on the DSP. Tracey Ann,

I am a student in South Africa and in my first year have managed to accumulate an amazing 10kg onto my body, fun times! I come from a very healthy eating family and excercise regularly, but i wanted to find an eating program i could make into a lifestyle and not simply a way to loose my unwelcome new weight. your program looks like just what i am looking for! I do have a few queries though. Since i live in Africa i cannot get the ezekiel bread, or products, I am very active and have to pack lunches when i go to university as i stay there for the whole day, in summer fruit and salad etc is great but now that we are in winter i am missing sandwiches etc. Can i eat things like rye bread and rice for a nice warm meal, or only after the diet? Also i run really far and wondered where i might find my energy from, since i used to rely on pastas? one last question, i saw goji berries where recommended on a program, how do you feel them for energy and boosting immune systems? Thank you for your time tracey Dear Isabel,

Sometimes we lose inches without much of a move on the scale - this is still a great indicator of your success though! If you are not seeing any more improvements, you may want to recalculate your calorie count, retake the metabolic typing test, or try cutting out all wheat and dairy. I am not doing anything different, but have got back into my exercise routine after a 6 week recovery period after surgery. What do you think the problem is. My clothes are still fitting fine, if not better. Susan Hi Isabel,

It is also soy-free and sweet-free. You may also want to look into the metabolic typing test again - sometimes people misdiagnose themselves as a type and then the plan will not work quite as well.
