My diet consists of mostly raw fruits and veggies, oatmeal, chicken, beef, pork, whole grain rice, yes whole grain pastas and breads, butter, olive oil. Still I am having a problem lately with not having daily bowel movements. I have even tried taking a natural fiber supplement but this is not working either.
