So needless to say I gained 10 pounds as of Sunday night. But I have committed to a life change and feel so much better now that I am back on track, (won't do that again) I am back down 7 pounds in less than 4 days and so much happier. Don't let a slip discourage you.I ate too much Halloween candy and really tried to find non candy, inexpensive treats unsuccessfully for the kids.
