I would love to know what I can eat instead of all the flesh foods. In my part of the world organic meats are non existent and organic vegetables are impossible to find. So I am stuck with the “poisinous” meats. I would really like to know what I can replace the meats with. ]]>

thank you for all the great advice and e-mail I am a 4 yr cancer survivor and have diabeties insulin dependant past 3 months and it has made me gain weight . I want to loose where can you buy sprouted bread I am in hartford ct have never seen any. even my rye bread i buy has whole wheat flour in it. i try to apply this every day tonight i made grilled chicken and grilled squash but they were not organic. I am saving to buy your program on disability money is limited. ]]>
