I put myself on a high protein low carb diet with loads of fresh fruit and vegetables. My medications include pretty high doses of Prednozone and Gaberpentin. Maybe you have not heard of the second one? It is fo Neuropathic pain. I do NOT have diabetes. My weight loss is very low, my daughters tell me it is all the fruit I eat. I deny this but it is hard to have them accept it (sugar) Exercise almost every day, I can only walk with a walking from so I exercise on the bed witha wide Pilates strap to do resistance work. I can now walk further but very difficult, I can do it.
