It has been proven to reverse type II diabetes. Just look it up. You will not just lose weight but feel healthier. I have an awesome smoothie in the morning, with strawberries, bananas, etc, and I have all kinds of meals like asparagus with cherry tomatoes, italian seasonings, and olive oils. Try making zuchhini noodle alfredo with cashew alfredo sauce, or my favorite of all time raspberry raw cheesecake made with cashews. Seriously look it up if you want to lose weight and be healthier.
