Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake

Ingredients
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp natural peanut butter (or almond butter works well too)
8 oz. water
3-5 ice cubes

Directions
Add all ingredients to blender, whip, and serve.

    I thought I read that u didnt advise people to use protein shakes?

    Beth, I usually don’t recommend protein shakes of any kind, but the chocolate protein powder used in this shake is made with raw milk that comes from grass-fed cows and is processed at low temperatures. It also has NO artificial sweeteners or ingredients. This protein powder is completely DSP-approved! That’s why I’m okay with this particular protein shake :)
