Why don't you try small meals? Eat five, six, times a day! Add green tea to your diet and take a walks twice a day if possible.

please help me if any one has any suggestions for me, oh and by the way i am 170cm and i weigh 58.5kg i am trying to get to 55 - 53kg and i have 2 kids the youngest 1 year 5 months, don't know if that has anything got to do with what is really happening.
