I am very active but I seem to gain weight if I eat over 20-30 grams of carbs! I have stopped eating this way and only eat veggies and proteins now. I gain weight for some reason. I cannot eat any grains either. ( I am also celiac). Is there any use for me trying the 25 day plan you mentioned...the fat blaster? I gained weight following this eating plan for 5 months.
