and very few pass my critical tests. I'm not going to tell you one is so much better
than another because if they made this page out of all the ones I've had to look
through then they are very worthwhile and will work for you. Read through my thoughts

If you are looking for a full comprehensive fitness and nutrition program that will
help you lose your unwanted body fat, (especially around the middle) this program

My personal experience:
Out of all the e-books out on the market that I have read, this one by far has the
best nutrition section. Mike clears up so many nutrition misconceptions that
are preventing most people from burning fat off their body, things you may have
thought you were doing right but are really wrong.
I have also followed Mike’s workouts for 6-9 weeks at a time and have seen
great results in my own body. The full body moves not only helped to lean
down my arms and legs but really worked my core and abs in ways that I had not before.
My favorite was his “advanced secret weapon exercises” which I think
made all the difference in toning up my abdominals. After just 3 weeks, I
saw a significant increase in my abdominal definition.
I highly recommend this program if you are looking for a safe, time saving but effective
way to shed fat, tone your body and see your abs (maybe for the first time).

Fat Burning Furnace by Rob Poulos
What’s Inside
If you are looking for a complete workout and nutrition program that saves you an
incredible amount of time, this program is for you. The best part about the exercise
component of Fat Burning Furnace is the minimal amount of time it takes to complete
the workouts each week. This program is definitely for the “busy” person who still
wants to lose an incredible amount of fat and create a lean and toned body.
In Rob's program you will get:
1. Exactly how to structure and put together
your 2-3 day per week strength training schedule. Rob gives you 3 detailed workouts

My personal experience:

TurbulenceTraining by Craig Ballantyne
What’s Inside
Craig has done an incredible job of giving you detailed Fat Burning Workouts that
take any guess work out of putting together your own effective fitness plan.
In Craig's program you will get:

the workouts that you need to do on which days. You can easily print out the
page with the workout charts and take that right to the gym with you. The
best part is that many exercises do not require much equipment at all but use mainly

Who is this program for?
This program is for any beginner, intermediate or advanced level exerciser who is

You will get exact workouts to start with if you are a beginner all the way to an
advanced level. Even the most seasoned exerciser will find Craig’s advanced
programs challenging and effective.
My personal experience:
I have used Craig’s program off and on for 6-9 weeks at a time with great
results. I really loved that I could print out my workout for the day and
take that with me to the gym or paste it on my wall in my home gym for that day’s
workout. I also saw an increased definition and tone in my arms where previously
I was not doing enough of the correct upper body exercises to achieve that look.
I also really like Craig’s approach to cardio. I was able to maintain
my very lean physique without hours of cardio, as I had done in the past.
It was amazing to me to see my body fat stay at low levels with only 3 short cardio
workouts per week.
I also really liked that I could use many of Craig’s workouts when I was on
the road. He gives many sample body weight routines that can be used absolutely
anywhere. His pictures and descriptions never left me wondering how to do
any of the exercises and were really helpful.
I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a “no guess work”
“rapid results” approach to a lean and toned physique.

Your Six Pack Quest
by Vince DelMonte
What’s Inside
If you are looking to achieve the kind of body that stops people dead in their tracks,
this is the program for you. Vince used this program himself and with hundreds
of his own clients to get “stage” ready and reach a single digit body
fat percentage. This program can give you the kind of body only a small percentage
of the population ever attains.
With that being said, a complete beginner can also jump start their weight loss
and fat burning efforts with this program as well, so it is not an “advanced”
only workout by any means.
Here are all the great things inside of Vince’s program:
1. One of the best goal setting and motivation
chapters in any fitness book (or in any book for that matter). If you are
the type of person that needs motivation to achieve your goals (and who doesn’t
right?), one read through Chapter 2 “Your Six Pack Motivation Plan”
will put a fire under you to finally achieve your dream body.
2. The exact weight training plans to follow
from beginner to advanced. Vince even gives you a 3 day, 4 day or 5 day option
depending on your current schedule and what may be realistic for you.
3. Great videos explaining every single exercise
and exactly how to do every workout. This is an incredible bonus. Watching
the videos can clear up any mistakes you may be making in performing the exercises
and are extremely motivating at the same time.
4. The exact cardio plan that Vince used to obtain
his single digit body fat percentage. This was even different than the approach
many other professionals have taken and was a new approach to combining cardio with
abdominal training.
5. A long list of bonuses that would take up
this entire page. From different fat burning meal plans, to a women’s
only program, to a supplement guideline e-book. Vince delivers 10x’s
more than what he charges for the program.
Who is this program for?
If you want to achieve the type of physique only few people ever get to, this is
the program for you. If you have been exercising for some time but are still
not seeing the definition and tone for all of your efforts, this would be a great
program for you. Even a complete beginner can take themselves from “no
exercise” to “incredible physique” in just a few months using
Vince’s program.
My personal experience:
I followed Vince’s program during the summer months and was truly the leanest
I have ever been in my life. These workouts did take a bit more time than
some of the other workout programs I have followed, but the results really
showed.
I was especially motivated by “Your Six Pack Motivation Plan” in Chapter
2 and continue to re-read this chapter over and over again to keep the fire in me
when it comes to working out (and accomplishing all of my other life goals as well).
I highly recommend this product is you want to take your body (and your life) to
a whole new level.

Yummy Mummy by Holly Rigsby
What’s Inside
Holly’s program is absolutely perfect for the busy mom, pre and post pregnancy.
Actually it is perfect for any busy woman looking to achieve a lean and toned physique
in a limited amount of time.
Holly’s program includes:
1. Detailed workouts and charts that are super
easy to follow. Each exercise in the chart has a picture of her performing
the exercise. You can easily print out these sheets and keep them right next
to you during your workout for easy reference.
2. An incredible supportive online community.
When you purchase her program, you can then join her online community where
thousands of moms support each other in their weight loss efforts. Holly provides
an incredible amount of free content via her community site and support is always
readily available. Holly is also really great about personally keeping in
touch with all of her members and giving them her personal support.
3. Holly includes meal plans to go along with
her program, an organizational guide for moms, and even a “get organized”
MP3 (now, we could all use that).
Who is this program for?
This program is designed specifically for the busy mom, but I would argue it would
be extremely effective for any busy woman. I would even bet that if a male
followed this program, they would see great results. Holly provides great
fully body exercises that are sure to burn fat off of any mom, non-mom, or man.
If you are pressed for time and can really only dedicate 15-20 min each day to working
out, this program is perfect for you.
My personal experience:
Holly’s workouts remind me a lot of Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training
Workouts as they follow a lot of the same principles. I almost always use
Holly’s workouts when I am traveling or when I am working out in my home gym.
All of her workouts are intense, yet quick. I used to think that working out
for just 15 min was a joke. During a stressful time in my life a few months
back, I found myself only doing Holly’s short workouts because that’s
all I could really fit in. To my surprise, I was able to maintain my lean
and toned body with just these short workouts during the week.
I highly recommend Holly’s program if you’re one of those people who
thinks “they don’t have time to work out”. If you are a
mom, joining her supportive online community is the best part. The women on
there are all positive and supportive and it really does keep you motivated towards
your goals, not to mention having a group of woman close by that can really relate
to your mommy problems.

My personal experience:
I truly could not believe how sore my legs and my abs were after such a short workout!
I was a bit skeptical in the beginning when I first read that the workouts were
so short but upon completion of just my first exercise session, I experienced, first
hand, the “burn” Jon was talking about. I have been exercising and strength training
for many years and following this program for 6 weeks was a great change of pace,
not only for my muscles but also for my motivation. I don’t ever like to let my
workouts become boring and following this program for 6 weeks definitely gave me
the change of pace I was looking for.
