Our Story

2003 — The Idea That Started It All

Isabel De Los Rios identified a problem that millions of people faced: they were following diets designed for nobody in particular. The solution was a program built around metabolic types.

2008 — The Program Launches

The Diet Solution Program launched with a foundational system: identify your body type, follow foods that work with your metabolism, and stop fighting your own biology.

2012 — Going Global

Thousands of members from across the world began following the program, sharing results that proved one thing: when you eat right for your body, the weight comes off and stays off.

2017 — Coaching Expansion

The program expanded to include 1-on-1 nutrition coaching, group programs, and a full fat loss education curriculum, giving members more ways to get results on their terms.
