This program is a completely different and revolutionary approach to training. 1.      The exact exercises and workouts you need to follow for your specific goals. Jon divides the workouts into Level 1, 2 and 3 so you can choose the best starting point for you and progress through the workouts for continued results.

2.      A complete beginner’s program if you are new to strength training. This program will set your body up to respond to the workouts that follow more effectively. It will also prevent you from suffering any injuries upon starting your program.

3.      A complete list of alternate exercise choices so you can choose which exercises work best for you and which ones you have easier access to.

4.      A completely different approach on how to “focus” during each workout for maximum muscle recruitment. Jon teaches you that with the appropriate focus on specific muscle groups during each exercise, you can sky rocket your progress and your results exponentially.

5.      A 3 minute Abs and 3 minute Calves workout. Similar to the 7 minute workouts, this is a completely different and effective way of targeting your abdominals and your calves.

Who is this program for?

My personal experience:

I truly could not believe how sore my legs and my abs were after such a short workout! I was a bit skeptical in the beginning when I first read that the workouts were so short but upon completion of just my first exercise session, I experienced, first hand, the “burn” Jon was talking about. I have been exercising and strength training for many years and following this program for 6 weeks was a great change of pace, not only for my muscles but also for my motivation. I don’t ever like to let my workouts become boring and following this program for 6 weeks definitely gave me the change of pace I was looking for.
