If you are looking to achieve the kind of body that stops people dead in their tracks, this is the program for you. 4. The exact cardio plan that Vince used to obtain his single digit body fat percentage. This was even different than the approach many other professionals have taken and was a new approach to combining cardio with abdominal training.

Who is this program for?

My personal experience:
I followed Vince’s program during the summer months and was truly the leanest I have ever been in my life. These workouts did take a bit more time than some of the other workout programs I have followed, but the results really showed.
I was especially motivated by “Your Six Pack Motivation Plan” in Chapter 2 and continue to re-read this chapter over and over again to keep the fire in me when it comes to working out (and accomplishing all of my other life goals as well).
