I have a question – Can I do the exercises, which are in the “The Final Phase Fat Loss” at home? Or do I have to go to the gym to do them?
I only have a gymball and some dumbbells at home to train with – Is it okay?

This sounds great, but I am wondering what thyoe of equipment is needed to do this workout? With my schedule and small children, I am limited to my home and not a gym. I do have a soloflex machine and free weights. Would this be enough? I have just finished my first week on your diet program, and have actually lost 4.5 pounds and feel satisfied during the day. I am a protein type, and for the last 1.5 years have been trying to lose the 35 pounds I gained after quitting smoking, with no results due to the WRONG diets (lots of carbs) and workouts (almost all cardio with some little strength). You would think after a year of diet and exercise I would be fit – NOT. I am really excited about your program!!!!

Hi Isabel, thanks for the great review. I am really interested in the FPFL program. Was wondering though if it requires gym equipment or if I would be able to do the workouts at home? I love working out in our downstairs basement. We keep free weights, balance balls etc. downstairs.

I purchased your series with the 6pack abd pkg. I was very interested in you thoughts on the final phase so I bought that too. I am feeling better and most of all my husband post-op thyroidectomy 3months ago feels great. QUESTION:

I am thrilled to have accidentally come across your video. I wasn’t looking for a diet plan but I have been struggling for some time now with my weight, age and health not necessarily in that order. I am a 49 year old woman in the middle of menopause, the weight is adding up rapidly and I feel worse then I have ever felt. The refined sugar and bad fats has turned my world upside down. I am doing my best since I ran into your site, now 3 days. I think what really perked my interest in you was your rule of nothing white, my doctor has been preaching this to me for a while. But I now see a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank You Isabel. But I am looking forward to getting your books as I love to cook and create new foods but I am at a loss with ideas and proper food choices to create with, I believe your books are going to be my life saver. I can not wait to learn, to lose the weight and to look and feel born again for my 50 year Birthday in September (I am not looking forward to..turning 50) but if I can look younger it will make it much easier.
